Hello everyone,
I am after a bit of help. I have a photography business that is quite new. I am now looking to market it and I am after a logo for it. The logo would be used from business cards to a website and all in between.

My business is called Catch The Moment Photography.

1.My website is : www.catchthemomentphotography.com.au
2. website is a just one that I am using until I can afford a more professional looking one as I am trying to keep my overheads low.
3.I don't really have any favourite logos or designs in mind.
4.I would be needing the resolution sizes to vary as I would eventually be wanting to use them for business cards, shirts, brochures, website.
5.I don't have any images or clipart
6. Colour – open – just not pink or purple or girlie colours – I have a male photographer help me out occasionally and he would feel odd handing out pink business cards and the like!

I am based in Patterson Lakes, Melbourne, Australia and cater for weddings, portraits, special occasion, sporting and pets.

I am looking for something sleek and professional.

I have been looking through the various posts and see that there are some incredibly talented people out there. Thankyou in advance!
regards

src Tell me if you like them – i love to discuss the photos with you!

If you happen to have a small cardboard box around your house you have a unique way to display photos or even decorate for the holidays. A square cardboard box, with a tuck-in lid, is all you need to get started with the simple but beautiful conversation piece. And, when you're finished with the easy project, you can simply change the look of the photo cube any time you want, in mere seconds!

The cube you use needs to have a lid and it's the perfect box if the lid is attached and will tuck into the box. Box tops that are split down the middle can be taped shut and used for the photo cube, too. If the box doesn't have a lid you can cut a piece of cardboard and tape it in place. A square cube is perfect but the photo cube can also be made from a rectangular box.

Start by purchasing a roll of magnetic sheeting. You'll find it at any craft store. You can also purchase the magnet by the sheet but you'll need to purchase two or three sheets, depending upon their sizes. Cut a piece of the sheeting to fit each side of the cube, including the top and the bottom. If you want, you can put something in the box to weight it, before starting the project.

After you've cut six pieces of magnetic sheeting, to fit the six sides of the cube, you'll then attach the various pictures you want to display to the magnetic squares. Magnetic sheeting has a peel-away adhesive backing which makes it easy to attach the photos. Simply peel the backing and position the photo on the magnet. Trim if necessary.

The first set of six pictures will actually be glued to the box. Glue one picture on each side as well as the top and bottom of the box. After the glue dries your cube is complete. To make it an interchangeable photo cube you'll now make additional magnetic pictures.

You can create particular themes for your cube or you can just cut family photos that you'll use to change the look of the cube at any time. If you want to create themes you'll simply make six new photos for each theme. Cut photos and images from magazines, cloth, posters, product boxes and other sources.

Since the first set of magnetic photos are glued to the box the next set will easily attach to the first set. The magnetic sheeting allows you to simply stick the next photo to it. Display family photos this week, a Halloween theme later, then a Christmas scene during that time of the year. There's no limit to the different themes you can make.

Take things you love, like dolphins or lighthouses, and create a beach theme. Use other pictures to create a theme of your growing child. Select six different photos, which show your child as he or she was growing up, then make a photo cube with that theme. It's easy to make themes for holidays, anniversaries, graduations, or vacations.

Don't continue sticking more and more pictures to the cube. Instead, keep the original photos glued to the cube, then add one new set over those, anytime you wish. The next time you want to change the theme just remove the old set and add the new.

Stick with one form of images for each set. For example, make all the photos in a particular set out of paper or out of cloth. Don't make some of them from product boxes, some from cloth and others from photos. Although you can use the various types to form a collection of sets, the cube doesn't look quite right if you mix them. You can have one set that's all made from fabric images, one set all cut from magazines, and so on.

Set the cube on a shelf, the mantle or a counter top. Display in a window or just set it on the coffee table. The cubes make great gifts and fabulous conversation pieces. They're easy to create and so easy to change – whenever you take the notion. It's an inexpensive way to show off your photos and holiday themes while investing very little money. Get the kids involved – it's a great project for them as well!

Justin Bieber, that powerful pop force who's hype is larger than he is, was spotted out side Miami International Airport last night. By the looks of it, Justin isn't just on a mission to rid the world of all “lonely girls”, he wants world peace too. Or perhaps, newcomer Justin has been getting paparazzi hand gesture tips from pop veteran Miley Cyrus. Oh, who are we kidding? This is just our lame excuse to post pictures of Justin. We needed our daily Bieber fix just as badly as you do.

Blair Hill Photography services the Wasatch Valley areas locating between Provo to Logan Utah.

Blair Hill Photography began in the year 2000 when Blair first decided she wanted to use her camera for something other than fun. Though Blair had been taking photographs for a long time, and was very familiar with the SLR camera she owned, she was always just snapping photographs of family & friend adventures, music events, or other various events around the town. She had been published several times in her local newspaper and other various sources, but still never quite thought of the idea to go 'professional.'

When Blair decided that it was time to put her passion to work, she started to attend classes right away on her new favorite subject, so that she could learn as much as she could aside from what she already knew. She attended classes at her local community college, a local arts program, and MICA – Maryland Institute College of Art. She began developing her progressing in the field of musical/industrial photography, and developed a clientel very quickly.

To the downside of all the progress Blair had made with her work, in 2003 she moved 2000 miles across the county, which means her clients were not locals anymore. Discouraged, and looking for a refreshing moment in life, Blair took a break from her passion of photography until 2005. In 2005, Blair realized how much she missed doing what she loved most, taking pictures. She realized how much her focus of photography had changed though, and began to pursue portrait photography.

Since 2005, Blair has been an active portrait photographer in the greater Wasatch Valley in Utah. She has been complemented again and again on her wonderful work, with a repeat clientel that simply keeps growing and growing.

With astonishing photography, incomparable to any of the other local photographers here in Utah, yet still with the most amazingly affordable prices, Blair Hill Photography is completely unique, and perfect. Every day Blair is coming up with new ideas on how to make her work different, better. She is constantly attending trainings and schooling to further her educational background in photography, and to learn anything new she could possibly learn.

Her current creditinals include the following:

Anne Arundel Community College – 2001, Photography Certificate

Maryland Institute College of Art – 2002-2003 Photography Classes

Salt Lake Community College – 2006-current A.A. Photography Classes

In addition to her passion of photography, Blair has a B.S. In sociology from the University of Utah, and is currently working towards her masters in Gerontology. She hopes to one day mix her love for people and culture with her love and passion for photography.

Huh? Photos taken close up, no mention of up-skirt shots, etc. Sounds like he was shooting booty shots from behind, which isn't decent, but surely not against the law.

What about the BK woman with the cup in her sweaty cleavage-of-eternity? Did they have to get her permission?

I call creepy. (Perhaps. A nice tush and generous hips are eye candy to me.) But not illegal.

Although we're used to seeing big predators attack smaller prey, nature features us animals that defy this convention.

From extremely venomous creatures like the blue-ringed octopus to ferocious beasts like the hyena to tiny killers like mosquitoes, these animals prove that they can take on much larger creatures, whether it's for defense or to get a feeding out of it.

Check out these relatively small animals that are a force to be reckoned with.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi may spread her legs for the camera, but she does not spread her legs for the camera: the crotch-flashing “Jersey Shore” star denies she’s the subject of any nude photos or videos being hawked to tabloids. “Like i said before about my supposed ’sex tape’…There are no nude pictures nor will there ever be,” she recently tweeted. “The tabloids just love Snook gossip.” That’s not stopping Radar from providing a steamy description of what they say they saw:

The stills and video leave nothing to the imagination, as she is wearing only a smile. In one photo she is in her bedroom, on her knees, with one hand on the ground and the other holding the rail of the bed frame. She is looking at the camera with her head tilted slightly. Her spot-it-anywhere fingernail polish is plainly visible. Another shot is too graphic to describe. And if it’s not Snooki in the photos then she has an identical twin!

As damning as the matching fingernail polish sounds, we wouldn’t be surprised if there were quite a few “identical twins” running around the bridge-and-tunnel crowd. With Snooki barely batting an eyelash at the rumors, it’s time for someone to put up or shut up.

If you develop some sort of fan base or following, you will be able to become popular online and sell photographs in bulk and make lots of money. Blog about your website or portfolio that has the photographs you are selling. Blog a lot on social bookmarking sites because they are free and very easy to use. This will get you noticed online by users and will develop your following. You need to meet people on forums and develop connections with people. Show interest in other people's work and develop friends that can help you get more clicks or impressions on your websites. This is the best marketing tool because if you can get other people to talk about and market your site then you will be making a lot of money. So make sure your campaign is organized in case you blow up online and millions of people want your photos in less than a year. An older tool that still works is just emailing forward messages to all your friends and your Myspace or whatever to get recognized. You must be known before you sell photos online and make the big money. Get as many people to visit your online gallery and no one will if you don't constantly blog and email your link out. Remember that all of this marketing is free, so all you have to do is just do it! This is the best tool you have in getting recognized by online users. If you are getting a lot of impressions or views on gallery with no conversions or purchases, then you need to maybe change the content in your gallery or change the photos. Also try changing the descriptions of the photos or the format of the page and make it easier. Try to contain a descent amount of content on your page to show you are reputable and that you are professional. You want you gallery to be real organize and simple to use. Make it as professional as you can.

There are two reasons to shoot black and white photography. One reason is because you think it looks old fashioned and it’s a cool effect. A better reason to shoot black and white photography is because of the lessons it can teach you. Black and White Photography teaches you about values. We’re not talking about ethical values but the value in a monotone sense where color is taken out of the picture and we can focus and value as a single element.

What is Value in Photography?

High value is white and low value is black, you can see below a visual representation of value scale.

Histograms break down the value of a photograph.
Once you understand value you can use it to create stark contrasts or to create soft, subtle compositions. Value in the photography world really just translates to light. If you have a heavily lighted photography it is high on the value scale. If you have a low lighted photograph then it is low on the value scale.

Great Black and White Photographers

Ansel Adams Understood the dynamics of black and white photography along with other essential elements and principals of design of and photography. A part of this could be that he didn’t meddle with color as we often get distracted by color and loose the value of the composition. To truly understand composition shooting black and white photography is something you have to try as not just an “effect”, but as a teaching tool.

What Is Underwater Photography?

Underwater photography obviously is just what its name implies. Photographs taken underwater. It is safe to assume that underwater photography became a popular hobby because there is just so much beauty under the sea. When there is beauty there is happiness and happiness is always something you would want to share. Underwater photography became popular because scuba divers could see underwater they wanted to share with others.

Documentaries, Movies, National Geographic films all use underwater photography to teach, inspire and tell stories about life underwater.

Underwater Photography Techniques

On a more technical note underwater photography equipment can be both simple or complex, all depending on what kind of photography you would like to employ. Simple cameras range from the disposable ones which are ideal for vacations and amateurs. Disposable underwater cameras typically use film and can be developed at any developing center. You can expect great underwater images even from disposable cameras. But if you are an avid underwater photographer with advanced skills then you will probably not settle for disposable cameras. Some cameras are originally not made for underwater use, but some manufacturers develop add on casings specifically for their cameras so that they can be used for underwater photography and can withstand the pressure underwater.

Virginia Tech was a young and inexperienced team in 2008, but they could possibly be contenders for this season's national championship. With an experienced and polished Tyrod Taylor leading the offense, there is little doubt in my mind that this will be Tech's greatest season since Michael Vick was the team's QB. With a little luck, the team could easily find their way into the national championship hunt, but will unlikely finish the season higher than second place.

Running a simulation using NCAA Football 2010 (Electronic Arts) on the Sony PS3, Virginia Tech ended up with a 12-1 record, including an ACC Championship win and an invite to the Orange Bowl. Their one loss in the simulation was to Alabama, which I believe they will win in real life. Although I predict Virginia Tech to make it to the national championship along with Florida, their win streak will end there. Florida will pull off the win with their bench depth and championship experience.

The two primary keys to Virginia Tech success are Tyrod Taylor at QB and Darren Evans at tailback. The Virginia Tech Hokies will open the 2009 season with an upset win over Alabama, which will set the tone for a magical season. If Frank Beamer's special teams and Bud Foster's defense perform the way they have for the past decade and a half, the Hokies will be the strongest team in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). This will be the first season in several years where Virginia Tech will field a strong and competent offense. Tyrod Taylor will need to remain healthy for the entire season for the offense to hold together.

As a side note, another national championship appearance by Frank Beamer will certainly secure his place as a legend of college coaching. Beamer's only appearance in a national championship was in the 1999 season when Michael Vick led the Hokies in an unfortunate loss against Florida State. I am predicting another national championship loss for the Hokies a decade later, but with a little luck and magic, we might be watching a true Cinderella story with the Hokies this season.

Here are my predictions for Virginia Tech's season:

Vs. Alabama
W 28-21

Marshall
W 35-7

Nebraska
W 21-7

Miami
W 28-17

At Duke
W 48-14

Boston College
W 17-13

At Georgia Tech
W 24-17

North Carolina
W 28-14

At East Carolina
W 21-14

At Maryland
W 35-13

NC State
W 28-17

At Virginia
W 35-13

ACC Championship (vs. FSU)
W 28-27

National Championship (vs. Florida)
L 21-45

Hallo meine Familie und Freunden!

Today is my last P-day at the MTC! I leave fly out this Tuesday morning. I have a four hour layover in the JFK airport. I think I get a phone call home but I’m not sure how that works. But I’ll find out. It will be between 3:00 and 7:00 East coast time. I am the flight leader of 2 people, so it’s me and another elder that is serving in Berlin that are flying together.

I am still doing great and loving life here at the MTC. Last Saturday I got my haircut for free. Unfortunately it is a little bit too reminiscent of my “Ramona the Pest” days. It’s not my favorite and it’s definitely shorter, but I’m making it look cute. I don’t know how to upload pictures on these computers so you’ll all just have to wait with anticipation.

Yesterday I got 4 shots to get ready to leave. Two in each arm and today my arms are super sore. I was so dizzy afterwards, but they gave me orange juice and ate my first cookie from the MTC. My companions and I also went to the “Enhancement Class” where they give you a basic makeover and $200 of free Nuskin products. I don’t believe it was really $200 worth, but I am grateful for any free stuff, especially makeup.

Aunt Carol asked me if I noticed the haze outside, but to be honest, I only look at the sky on Sundays and Fridays when I go to the temple, otherwise I would never know what the weather was like.

Everytime I’ve gone to the temple, I have seen someone I know, but not on purpose. Last week I saw Lisa Jensen who I had a German class with who is also going to serve in Berlin but doesn’t report until February. Then on Sunday I ran into some of my parents’ friends they knew back when they were recently married I think. They were the Petersons. She recognized me first and said, “You look like a Singer!”

Plus my nametag gave it away. I knew she looked familiar from Christmas card pictures!

I have found my voice here at the MTC! Singing and Music and the Spoken Word are our outlets for music, so I sing louder and prouder than I ever have before and I love it. Last week we had to laugh because the first two songs in Music and the Spoken Word were “Ain’t Gonna Study No More” and “Going Home”. And last week the closing song was “Somewhere Out There”. Ironic for missionaries at the MTC huh? But not to worry, those thoughts are far from my mind and I haven’t been homesick at all yet. Sister Smith has a beautiful voice and sings all the time and when we do service together we sing songs from the movie Prince of Egypt. I love it.

I am so happy! I am also grateful to be completely over my cold/sickness, whatever it was that I had last week.

On Sunday Susan Easton Black came and spoke to us and basically gave us a history lesson about Joseph Smith’s life. Elder Singer managed to sit right behind me and commentate whenever he had something funny to say. When Elder Singer says the Joseph Smith movie was “touching”, that he means he was crying afterwards. On Tuesday we had a great devotional from Elder David F. Evans about the importance of the Book of Mormon. It really made me love the Book of Mormon even more. Elder Oaks once said, “We read the Book of Mormon over and over again, not because the it changes, but because we change.” I absolutely believe this because there have been so many more scriptures that stand out to me from a missionary perspective.

Another thing that I love to do here is make outbound calls from the Referral Center. This is great opportunity to talk to real people versus practice investigators. We call them up to confirm an order they made of a Book of Mormon or some kind of church media. Then we talk to them about the church. I got a lot of answering machines, but I did get two people to accept a visit from the missionaries which made it all worth it.

I have also rediscovered Romans chapter 8! This is a great chapter in the Bible, especially from a missionary perspective. I can’t remember if I wrote about this last time, so sorry if I did but we have 3 elders in my branch here from mainland China. They are in my district (one is actually serving in Houston Mandarin speaking) even with their broken English, you can feel the Spirit so strong and know that they have testimonies of this gospel. That has given me great comfort about my own German speaking abilities. Even though I have imperfect German, the Spirit testifies of truth! I have also learned a lot more about faith. Miracles are wrought by faith (Moroni 7:35-37) and the Lord will bless me according to my faith. I want to be a missionary that does not limit what the Lord can do for me based on my lack of faith, trust on confidence in Him!

I love you all! Thanks so much for your letters, DearElders, love and support!

Love, Sister Singer

here Tell me if you like them – i love to discuss the photos with you!

Photoshop is a great tool for photographers. With this software, you can remove red eyes, correct blurry photos, and get rid of artifacts. Photoshop can also be used to remove hated ex-boyfriends, erase blemishes, and delete distracting objects from the background of the picture. While cleaning up a photo to make it look prettier is nice to be able to do, there are also disadvantages to altering photos.

Advantages to Retouching Photos

Who likes to look at photos with red eyes? Other than people who are interested in making monster movies, red eyes are usually undesirable in photos. Photoshop is a useful tool to get rid of red eyes.

Pictures sometimes turn out a little blurry. With Photoshop, you can sharpen the photo up a bit and make the photo a little less blurry. If the photo is too light, it is easy to darken it up. Similarly, it is easy to make dark photos lighter again. I have been able to make old pictures look new again by adding some color saturation to them. A friend of mine was able to make a photo of my baby that went through a house fire look like nothing had ever happened to it. A photo can be turned into black and white or sepia, or can have only one element colored in order to make a cool effect.

Photoshop is a useful tool to get rid of distracting backgrounds, branches that look like horns coming out of someone's head, boogers on a child's face, and ex-boyfriends. If we don't like what a picture looks like, we can change it to fit our desires. We can even change a picture to put us in a place that we have never been before.

Disadvantages to Retouching Photos

When we change our photos, it can leave us with a reality that doesn't exist. Children really do get boogers on their faces. One day they'll grow up and won't need to have their noses wiped any more. Teenagers might go through awkward stages, acne and all, and airbrushing their faces removes that reality. An ex-boyfriend might be a low-life loser, but if he was in your life, removing him from the picture removes the memories, however painful they may be at the moment.

Some of the most interesting elements of a picture are often the details that we don't pay attention to when we take the picture. My daughter had her ears pierced for a while a couple of years ago. The earrings ended up falling out, and I don't know how it happened, but the holes in her ears grew back almost immediately, and we weren't able to get the earrings back in again. While going through pictures of her, I saw the earrings and remembered the story. Cars and people in the background can remind you of trips that you took and people that you once were in contact with. Even ex-boyfriends can remind you of a relationship that you are thankful to be out of. If you erase all of these reminders, you might forget about them later.

Perhaps the best solution is to keep a copy of the original photo before you alter it. That way you can have the nice, cleaned up picture that you want, but you will still have a copy of all the details that will bring up memories years down the road.

link

Every material created whether it is literary, scientific, artistic, it does not matter in what form it is, digital, analog, print, video, recorded music, and the list could go on are all protected by the copyright law. What that means is it is only the creators that have the right to reproduce and be benefited financially from their work or do whatever they like with the work, like giving a free access to it. Any second or third party will have to get their consent to use the material for any purpose.

Alternatively, there is what is know as “fair use”, where a certain amount of the material could be put to use for various purposes. The law dictates how much should be used and how it should be presented, where in most cases it is only few lines that is allowed and the name of the original creator will have to be mentioned or the user will have to use the available mechanisms to tell the users that the material is quoted from another source.

This law known as the Berne Convention was working fine for most cases even if it had never been a 100 percent ironclad method that will make it impossible for anyone to use a copyrighted material at all. Piracy had been around for as long as original works were around and it is its existence that instigated the coming up of a law to protect the rights of the original creators to be the sole beneficiaries of their own creation. One of the main reasons cited is if these creators of material do not have the protection of the law to be duly benefited form they work, they could be discouraged to be creative.

Even if it is difficult, if someone is caught while being benefited financially from a copyrighted material, the law will hand down a stiff penalty, and since many individuals are aware of the existence of the strict law, unless they are certain that they will get away with it, they usually refrain from abusing the law. At the same time, it might be possible to copy a material and distribute it free, for example for the purpose of educating, in learning institutions, and this kind of usage is allowed as long as no one is being benefited from the process financially.

There is no mechanism that will prevent anyone from obtaining a copyrighted material and create a duplicate of it to put on sale. As long as the product is good enough and people are willing to pay for it, the perpetrator could get away with it. Even if it is with the government these kinds of material are copyrighted, it is the responsibility of the creator to do the policing, and it is only when the wrongdoing is brought to the court of law the government will be in a position to hand down a verdict. That is why it is difficult to do the policing outside of given jurisdictions that are not signatory nations to the Berne Convention.

After the advent of computers and the Internet the rule totally had changed because of the ease that was created to reproduce digital material and do whatever is intended with them, like share them among a big network or even attempt to be benefited from them financially. As the technology became more advanced it had become possible to convert material like books, music, and films into digital format and they could easily be zapped around, without many people paying money for them, costing the original creators a lot of money.

Pirating is not a new phenomenon, as books, cassettes, tapes, records, computer software, videos, compact disks of all kinds can easily be copied and resold as the original products, mostly in black-markets, rendering an equivalent service and satisfaction as the original products, but because of the distribution gridlock that will be created in most cases it will not be very effective, yet it is still damaging financially. Software makers like Microsoft, for example, always lose a lot of money for bootleggers, and what makes their effort profitable is the sale they generate from the mainstream of society, which is considerably high.

There is a presumption that bootleggers could get away making a similar profit in the backwaters of certain geographical regions of the globe. The software makers are chugging along by losing a lot of profit to the bootleggers and they have not still come up with a permanent solution. The same is applicable with ebooks, music, videos, and DVDs lately.

This same problem started hitting at the digital products of the music and the movie industry lately and they went up in arms to protect their eroded sales revenue, as a good number of sources came into existence that started distributing their products free in what was known as peer-to- peer (P2P) file exchange where a big number of individuals were able to download music and movies without paying for them. All they were able to do, at the beginning, was to take legal measure against these sources so that they will refrain from facilitating the huge file swapping. They had been successful to the point where some of them had to go and those that stayed around came up with a method of charging those who are downloading copyrighted material and they share the revenue with those who own the copyrights.

That, however, was not enough because people can still copy digital material, and pass it around among friends that could be large in number. There could also be others who could be benefited financially somehow like the digital bootleggers, and that definitely eats again into the profit these entities will be making from sales. That is when it seems that they started working on a technology that will prevent users from making more than a given number of copies from CDs or DVDs they buy and when that effort became public knowledge and some of the earlier technologies surfaced it created a big uproar as many opponents raised their voice.

Among the vocal ones were those who said the measures could drive products out of the market that would have facilitated the copying of material from one source to the other, and the long-term effect is not known. The other condemnation that had been around for a while that was sent home by what Sony did recently is the hiding of what the companies are exactly doing through the process of preventing piracy or wrongful duplication and distribution of their products. Companies could end up invading privacy or others could take advantage of the weaknesses they introduce into a system. There are also some who say certain technologies like the ones that enabled people to download or exchange material peer-to-peer could be prevented from evolving to serve other positive purposes, and that also applies to products that would have been used to facilitate the moving around of material as there is lack of compatibility.

The other group is those who are saying that users have to have the discretion of doing what they want with what they paid for, which include distributing of material to family members and friends, or to be able to mix various material without being restricted to be engaged only in a given number of copying activity. Some even have complained that it is not possible to use different makes of equipment because of the restriction that could be put on most CDs or DVDs preventing them to be used on some equipment or platforms. For example those that work on Windows operating system for the most part do not work on Apple where because of lack of licensing agreement a different version will not be released. If someone wants to copy a protected DVD to a camcorder for the lack of not having the right equipment at hand, it might not work or even making a digital product mobile sometimes could become difficult, like for example, the CDs protected by XCP2 (extended copy protection) technology cannot be moved to Apple iPods unless one obtains a workaround from Sony BMG.

All in all, even if the dust has not settled down yet, if there is anyone who is getting their way for the time being it is the producers of whether it is music or movies, and slowly they are getting the upper-hand and the time they will introduce an ironclad system that meets all the requirements has already arrived. At the same time they have said many times that their problem is not what users that have paid for products are doing with them, but there are others who could take advantage of the weaknesses to enrich themselves, which would result in depriving the producers the income they deserve. This shows that at the same time effort has undergone to draw a line somewhere, where the outcome will be satisfactory for all involved.
